Aside from the neck portion not making it past my shoulders, it still covers my neck when I wear my hair low. It's super cute. I wore it on a very windy day and the brim was very sturdy. It also stayed securely on my head, thanks to the strap that you can tighten under your chin. Excellent customer service.
