5 stars for customer service: First item arrived in damaged packaging, styrofoam was torn and loose metal parts were sticking out of wood. Using Revain's returns feature, (Southern Enterprises) paid for the return via UPS, picked it up at our home and immediately (at no additional cost) sent a replacement which arrived 3 days later. 5 stars for the trunk: we bought it as a toy chest for 6 year olds. I used a black clasp and lock instead of the decorative clasp that came with the kit. Easy assembly if you follow the instructions. Total weight 180 pounds = 100 pounds inside + 80 pounds above. Simply a beautiful thing with an oak/light cherry finish. A great-grandson can store his toy so his 3-year-old brother doesn't break it. If he later wants to use it as a piece of furniture, it goes with many furnishing styles. We gave him the original latch to replace the locking mechanism later. It will be a great cocktail table/trunk for a small living room. Overall we are very happy with this purchase and with Southern Enterprises.
