The bag is professional and very beautiful. There were scratches on the smooth side but not worth returning as I will be carrying the bag that opens the front that has side pockets. The bag has a lot of padding which should be comfortable for my day trips but after a few rides it starts to hurt my shoulder. It's too hard, you can hardly put your hands in the bag and take things out of the seals. It's too expensive not to be as useful as I had hoped.
