The fabric is thin, but I prefer it for breathability during warm-ups (it seems to be getting thinner every year as manufacturers improve their cost-cutting methods!). I'm a medium size in navy blue and black. The fit of these two colors is proportional to the athletic physique; the torso is cropped short for a slimmer body, but does not "clingβ to the body; My chest is a little tight, but I'm more developed in that area - it "relaxes" slightly after some exercise to stretch it a bit, but it doesn't sag or lose its shape. The armholes are cut to allow for easy movement but not so large that they sag or expose much of the skin. I DO NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING BLACK ROYAL COLOR. It's made in a different facility and location, and isn't even similar in design; it has chunky-looking heavy piping that's not quite as sophisticated as the other two colors. The Black Heather's arm slits are also huge, and the shirt is loose and draped where it needs to be more structured to follow the lines of the body; But that's not the case. I have provided a detailed description of the fit as I am tired of having to buy blind myself because the clothing on Revain is either misrepresented by the seller or there is no appropriate detailed information to choose from or purchase. Solution. Hope this helps you!
