We have exactly one year. One of the straps broke shortly after receiving it, but I was still able to use it by tying the elastic strap into a knot. Recently, one of the ends that you attach to the mattress has broken off and there is no way to fix this problem. THEY ARE NOT EASY TO PUT ON OR USE! My husband has to hold the corner of the mattress while I crawl under it to fasten the clasps. If you don't put the sheet and mattress topper together, the fastener will slip off immediately. You'll have to pull the loose end to the other corner, so you'll also need someone to lift the mattress. Remember, there are no "free returns" after you've used them. This is just my opinion but I will not buy this brand to replace broken ones.
