When I first used this cassette adapter I was amazed by the sound. If I could give 6 stars I would. I was looking for a way to add advertising for free music and road trip podcasts in my 2004 Mercedes (the radio has a fiber optic connection to the speaker amp and is not compatible with any aftermarket radio). This adapter offers a very clear sound. Many years ago I tried an iPod adapter for an old minivan but the sound was very bad so I didn't expect too much and I'm very happy with the sound.
