Review on Weil, Gotshal & Manges by Jayshawn Cuatlayol

I have been at WGM for almost 20 years now as an associate attorney (and am currently senior counsel). The people are great! They really care about you personally -- they're genuinely interested in your career development opportunities within this organization; it's not just another job or paycheck opportunity (which is common with many law firms today!). There isn't much that would make me change my opinion here - but if there were something specific then we'd address those issues together so everyone benefits from feedback / input received. Our team has worked hard over time to build strong relationships across departments internally. This helps when problems arise because these partners know each other well enough to get things done quickly without having to go through layers upon levels of management which can be very frustrating especially during crunch times where resources need to be allocated wisely.
