Unsatisfactory product
We have had this mirror for 4 months and it is totally unsatisfactory. The lighting is very dim, rendering one of the mirror's important functions ineffective. The overall quality of the product is poor. The rotary lever does not function smoothly in terms of construction, it jams when trying to adjust it. The swing arm feels flimsy and sags a little at the connection point. The switch is silver instead of bronze, giving it a cheap look and also making it difficult to operate. There is only a 30 day return policy so I'm out of luck. I wish I had never bought this.
