I loved this headset when I first bought it in October 2020. The battery life is wonderful. I can use it ALL day and I mean PERMANENTLY! BUT since yesterday 4/20/21 the left side of the headset is not working anymore. No sound. I believe the pull type does this. So I decided to leave the earbud OUT instead of constantly plugging and unplugging it because the wire is so thin. But to my chagrin it didn't help. I wish they could be made stronger. Unfortunately, the return period expired in January. Only three months. Such a shame. I would like to have another one, but only if it only lasts 3 months. Just take it into account.
