Hot or cold, great for pressure point massage
The best part is that it has a sturdy little holder so it stays put to use on feet etc. I also like that it can be warmed up. My trainer recommended that I massage some tense muscle knots, so the roller ball works for that too. I have arthritis in my feet and a permanent strain in my back - both are relieved with a bit of massage with the roller ball. Can't think of anything I don't like about this massager.
