The necklace arrived safe and sound, well packaged in a gift box and zip bag. The necklace looks very pretty and is undoubtedly well made - both the chain and the setting that holds the crystal. I think it might be real crystal as it sounds like glass/stone when I touch the rim of the glass or with a metal spoon. It is light in weight. If you look closely, there's a kind of misty "consistency" inside that isn't fully mixed. It also has some imperfections such as small scratches on the outside and small tears on the inside. It can be real or not perfectly polished glass, one of them. I'm no expert but from an aesthetic point of view this is a beautiful necklace and I will still wear it. The chain is long enough that I can wear this necklace over my head without opening the clasp part of the chain. If it's real crystal I think it's worth it. And if it was real crystal, why doesn't it have a real silver chain and case? Real crystal would present itself better in the quality chain. I wouldn't mind paying more and getting the right thing.
