Nice spare part!

The top of the volume control is slightly squarer than the original part that came with the headset, it will snag on your shirt but will work as intended and is an available replacement part.

Pros

This replacement Astro cable has 2 ends in different sizes: 4-pin and 5-pin. The 5-pin 3.5mm audio jack connects to a headset and the 4-pin 3.5mm audio jack connects to a MixAmp Pro or PC splitter.
