The package arrived very well packed and undamaged. It was securely packed in a small box. When opened, the product was not damaged and the rest of the packaging inside remained intact and in place. It includes headphones, a case, a charging cable, regular earbuds of various sizes, and a user manual. The case is small and extremely portable, probably about the size of a tic tac container. It looks very classy and high quality and also looks quite classy. The case accommodates the earbuds and they charge automatically (if the case is charged) when placed in the case. The headphones themselves (I have them in black) are very discreet and quite comfortable to wear. The sound quality is pretty good, which is what you would normally expect from Bluetooth headphones. They're also pretty easy to control and I love that you can use one earbud at a time if you want. To control them you just have to press the side of the earbuds depending on what you want to do. You can connect them to your phone, laptop or tablet. It was very easy to connect my phone and laptop and took a minute or less. The USB charger looks like a standard Android charger, so don't worry if you lose it. I tested the headphones and they are completely waterproof, so perfect if you want to swim or run in them! The user guide has some common problems and solutions to solve them, as well as low battery indicators etc. Overall I would say I'm very happy with them and they're really good quality for the price!
