I am very satisfied with this device and glad that I decided to buy it. It is compact, light and very efficient. Those were my needs and my needs were met. The price is great for what you get and the Roxant team does everything they can to keep their customers happy. Revain made several mistakes when ordering and sent me the wrong/incomplete components. Since Revane is hired to do assignments, I can't call Roxant for that. Ah, things happen. I was amazed; When I realized that my order was unsuccessful, I decided to try emailing Roxant first before writing a negative review or sending the package back. It was late at night. I never thought they would respond within minutes and we are very concerned that I was unhappy. After figuring out what went wrong I was contacted by the owner Roxant that same evening and he personally assured me that I would get what I needed in a timely manner. Of course I was taken care of and started after a few days. I haven't experienced such quick and efficient customer service in many years, especially from a supplier of inexpensive products. They have a regular customer and I have already recommended it to friends and family via social media. As for the Roxant Pro device, this is exactly what I needed. I work with a group that makes sports films and we work a lot with GoPro cameras. I needed a stable device that I could hold comfortably when following the skaters and that wasn't tiring or uncomfortable. That was it. I spent time carefully balancing my setups and spent a few hours working on my technique. These two steps are critical to the success of Roxant Pro. I look forward to years of abusing this system and making buttery smooth motion shots. I couldn't be happier. Thanks again guys. - rob
