Review on Portable acoustics Sony SRS-X5 20 W by Jnis Dvids Tts ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

No minuses as such, comfortable to use.

From correspondence about mobile acoustics with my friend: "By the way, I listened to mobile acoustics, a week ago. SONY. I really liked the srs-x5 speaker, much better than your small bose. I thought about buying, and then I accidentally turned on Jackson Billy Jean - and there the bass gives such a tricky rhythm - the speaker starts to grunt disgustingly on it Cant - did not buy. Although it would seem in the song Bad the bass is brighter and more powerful, but it plays cleanly on this column! Yesterday I listened to similar bose soundlink speakers (and your Air), Jackson Billy Jean plays cleanly, there are no grunts on this bass. BUT, the sound of these speakers, although clear, is at the same time dead, some kind of mono, boring, dry, faded. Yesterday I thought so. Sony has a richer, more pleasant, more interesting sound and it costs 2 times cheaper. I would choose Sony. I would like to put them next to each other and listen for the purity of the experiment.

Pros
  • Pleasant, juicy, surround sound. Loud and powerful for its size.
Cons
  • A snag was found in the bass reproduction on Jackson's song - Billie Jean. And on the SRS-X7 (which is larger and more expensive) the same jamb. Only the flagship Sony SRS-X9 plays cleanly, but it is no longer mobile and costs blue money.
