I bought these for a Halloween costume. They fit perfectly. They did not feel to small or tight, but by the middle of the night the whole seem from one leg to the other was gaping open. I would not purchase these again. Thank God I was close to home and had someone bring me safety pins to get me through the rest of the night. LOL
