Review on 🧈 Bezrat Glass Butter Dish Lid- Ideal Food Service Equipment & Supplies by Christopher Millet

Nice heavy plate/lid. Looks very good. I'm sending it back because the lid doesn't fit the plate. The edge of the plate tapers 1/16 inch in the middle. In addition, the dimensions given by the manufacturer and some comments are incorrect. The inside dimensions of the plate with the butter are: 3 1/4" wide (without center) x 5 11/16" long. Inside dimensions of the lid: 5 1/8" at the opening (but it leans to 4 3/4" long x 2 3/4" wide x 2 1/8" deep. The reason I bought it was to use it with 1 pound blocks of butter that measure 2 1/4" by 2 1/2" by 4 3/4". It would fit if it weren't for the narrowing of the lid. The, the I have, requires that I use a cheese cutter to cut 1/4 inch off the top of the butter while the butter is frozen.
