I rarely give 5 stars so I'm a bit of an idiot. Also, I carry 2 cell phones, a big pocket knife and other things for work, so my pants always sag. This belt is perfect for that, I've only worn it for a few days, but it's definitely solved my problems when other belts have given me. I work in armed security, I prefer real "duty belts" but then again I wear a very heavy 1911a1 metal frame, I'm sure this belt can rock and roll with it if needed. It is good to use as a wrist strap for medium or small polymer pistols.
