Love this bag! I have a sore shoulder so a purse puts too much pressure on my arm and a crossbody bag can also put pressure on it. I love that this strap can be worn over the shoulder. Divided pockets offer plenty of space so nothing gets mixed up. It is very durable so it keeps its shape. All pockets are zipped so nothing spills out if they tip over. The phone pocket on one end is very small unless you have a clamshell phone! Other reviewers said the mesh water bottle pocket is too small, but I had no problem fitting a standard 16 ounce water bottle inside. I think if the top elastic is too tight it could be a problem. I don't intend to carry my laptop around, but I have a Microsoft Surface which fits nicely and I feel is well protected. I have a husband and three sons so I bought the purple one with flowers and hearts so they wouldn't take it away and mix it up with the other black bags we have.
