This is a sturdy little detachable bracelet. Nice and convenient

Ideal for work, training, etc. Durable Velcro. The phone can stand vertically or horizontally (depending on how you hold the phone in the lock) - to remove you need to rotate the armband 90° to unhook it. CAN be blocked to prevent it from moving. What do you need. It's bulky (especially when using a large phone) and works great on the inside of the leg. Enough room to kneel, run, jump and keep your feet out of the way. Very comfortable. I recommend Def for removable rubber bands. I will keep you updated on the reliability.
