Range better than expected

Good quality with no sound distortion. I like the display but it doesn't show charging when the device is off. 4 stars because the included USB charging cable didn't work. Not a deal breaker as I have enough cords to charge it. There's no spec, so there's no spec on how long it takes to charge and how many hours of battery life. I like that it can be used while plugged in for charging. . My stereo has a USB port so it works perfectly. I also like that there are no flimsy wires to mess with as the plug connects directly. A random pull or two on my Scosche transmitter and then the wires got finicky plus distortion, even with new batteries. The device is smaller than expected. The range is estimated at 5 meters / 16.4 feet. However, it covers my entire apartment. The device came in a box with no packaging material. A padded/bubble envelope would have been better. The device turns off after 20-30 seconds. Unless music comes through. It's inconvenient to hear static sound coming out of the speakers while the next song is playing. Overall I'm still very happy with it. It's still easy to use. UPDATE 10/12/20: Sound quality. The device does not play bass well. He's distorted. Not enough power even when plugged in. This is my last cheap transmitter. It is worth buying a stronger one so that there is no distortion. At least when it's online it doesn't turn off after 20-30 seconds. if music/sound doesn't go through.
