Like a shirt, thin sleeves.
This jacket is very thin - the thickness of the sleeves is more like a long-sleeved shirt. I'm 5ft 4,130lbs and ordered a medium size to wear a long sleeve sweater or sweater underneath, but it definitely only fits a t-shirt, not sleeves. I think the word "light" is still misleading since sleeves are essentially a shirt.
