glasses really . They light up, have different patterns and are great for parties and the like. They somehow connect to your phone via an app and become interactive. I didn't understand how as the instructions are not in English so someone not as tech savvy as me is needed. They are big for me but narrow for my son who is 300lbs. My son who is 200 years old thought they fit great. In fact, they are unregulated, more suitable for all kinds of things.
