Bought 48 as office gifts for St Patrick's Day. I filled each of them with 4 chocolate chip cookies and would fit about twice as many. I know they're cupcake boxes, but I just put cookies in them. At first I wanted small jars, but they are really hard to find and often quite expensive. These boxes did it! However, assembly is required and becomes very troublesome after a while. You'll have to make your own box, and while it's easy, after a while it gets tedious and requires patience. So if you are super impatient I would definitely ditch them and go for jars or ready made boxes. Otherwise the boxes were strong enough to hold my 4 cookies (and I think they would be strong enough to fit a cupcake) so they worked and did their job.
