Wrong decision.1) Reusable K-Cups not suitable2) Additional K-Cup holders for ground coffee are not available I wanted to buy/convert a K-Cup holder to hold reusable K-Cups - can't - not available I wanted buy a replacement ground coffee holder - can't - not on sale Well that's what I get for buying this thing without researching it.
