I liked the device, a full discount on quality!

This is the second DOSS wizard that broke. The first one I was able to replace made a horrible squeak and wouldn't reset. Good thing we managed to exchange it for a new one under warranty. The second is not very good. Less than a year later, he stopped playing music by voice command and the connection to charge the device was cut (no, that's not a chord, I've tried several).
