I have several Osprey bags but this is not my favorite. It's comfortable to wear, a good size and protects my laptop well. Other than that, it's not that great. It has a weird asymmetrical zipper that makes loading and unloading awkward. There isn't much organization and the outside pocket can't be pinned, so leaving a phone in it isn't very safe. The worst thing is that there is no pocket for a water bottle. I have to put it in the bag myself and worry about it leaking. It's something of a bubble shape so you can't put a lot of stuff on the bottom or the top, most of it has to be in the middle of the bag somehow.
