Review on 💻 Acer 13.3-inch Chromebook NVIDIA Tegra K1 2.1GHz, 2GB RAM, 16GB Flash, CB5-311-T9B0 Renewed by Marc Sortijas

I ordered 2 of these for my daughters to use at school. One had a working headphone jack and the other didn't. I realized they were "updated" but expected them to be fully functional. I wanted to return it but the same model at the same price no longer exists and we need it for everyday use. I don't know what to do now. With 2 girls I didn't want to have 2 different sizes/models for them otherwise they would think it was unfair. I find it unfair that we received what should have been like new but was damaged.
