I LOVE these chopsticks. I love the color set and they are so much fun to use. They're a little heavier than some of the metal chopsticks I've eaten with, but they're not. uncomfortable to use. Maybe a heavy fork would be a good comparison? You notice it, but it doesn't bother you. So I gave 4 stars for "easy" just because you expect lighter. However, I use these chopsticks for everything; I don't have any other pair or set so you can really just get by with these.
