So I was looking for something my mother-in-law could use to sit up in bed. She has osteoporosis and will soon have surgery on her neck and then her back. Everything to support your posture at the same time. She has been using it every day since she bought it and loves it. She doesn't actually use armrests, but it allows her to sit up in bed with her regular pillows leaning against the wall and watch her TV shows or surf the internet. - The bed allows you to add or remove more filling depending on how firm you want the product to be. We used up all of the stuffing that came with it and it has lasted the last month or so without shrinking with daily use. Maybe more could have been put in but we found it unnecessary, love that we can also wash it when it gets dirty. Good quality, reasonable price.
