I like that it makes managing my data easy, but nothing as yet! There are some issues with its integration into EPM systems (such as Axess). For me this would allow for easier collaboration between internal groups within an organisation across departments/contracts so we could all easily access relevant information in one place. Its currently not very user friendly compared with other more feature rich software out there - especially when you need custom features such as reporting etc which others offer natively e.g Sage X3 Accounting Software which offers Reporting functionality at no additional cost or time than using their standard product. A simpler solution where people were less likely to have technical skills required i.e non IT staff who needed support from developers was something our client wanted us able resolve without having them learn new tools. I love that you can customize it for multiple companies so that it does not get over crowded. I also like that it has a calendar and an option for reminders. I do dislike the fact that there are issues with the software freezing sometimes which makes for user error. You might think you know what you are doing, but until you use this software it is hard to say. With this software we can have all our contracts in one place so that it is easier to send out invoices and keep track of expenses.
