It came with all the specs, I went from regular sized pierced ears to 4mm. I started at 2 and gave my ears some time to get used to being clear. I was able to go straight from 2s to 4s, I didn't need the 3s but I'm glad I have them just in case. This is an amazing set and I couldn't be happier with them, especially for the price!
