I really want to love this bag but am very disappointed. It is very sweet. He's holding a ton. That's all I was looking for. Except. It has very sharp metal buckles that dig into you. You might not notice if you have sleeves, but I carried this bag in a tank top for an hour the other day and it left painful red marks on my arms. I didn't even have much in my pocket. It was not hard. I'm trying to decide if I need to look for another bag. The buckles are my only complaint, but that's a big deal. It hurt so bad I had to stop wearing it and carry it by the handles for the rest of the day. me. I thought my original bag was defective and was happy to get a replacement. Received the box today. They sent me a very different and much smaller bag which is not even remotely suitable for the purpose I chose this bag for. I am a teacher. I need a large bag with a laptop compartment to hold all my documents and gear. Even a folder doesn't fit in a changing bag, let alone a laptop. It seems to be the size for a child. I'm incredibly disappointed and will most likely be returning my bag to find something that doesn't cause calluses on my hands and tears in my clothes. I really wanted this bag to work.
