This tablecloth is white. Absolutely white. I have 3 sons. They are not careful eaters. Almost every meal ends with a stain on that tablecloth. I bought it because we were constantly removing leaves from the table to clean up the drops that fell on the floor. I wanted something slightly waterproof for everyday use to slow the spread of spills, but still nice enough that it's not "plastic". I was skeptical but it was cheap enough to try. I wash it several times a week. After 4 months, many spills and many washes, it is STILL white. It still looks new. I take it out of the dryer, put it on the table and move on. Yesterday a relative was there with a baby and she expressed concern that I placed her child at a table with a white tablecloth. I told her seriously - don't worry. And I wasn't worried! It's bloody good evidence for kids. If you have kids (or even if you don't have any), you need this. FIVE HUGE STARS.
