I was so excited when they arrived! I noticed some damage to the box and opened it to find no damage where the box was punctured. So I noticed a slight scratch on the top and assumed the bubble wrap had slipped off during shipping. In any case, I will paint them soon. I take my bike apart and cut off the turn signals for wiring and assembly. Put the first one on and plug it in and (my bad reason, I'm sure the description says LED or needs a turn signal, no? numbers.) Anyway, I noticed the box with the first set of clamps open was and they just lay around in the saddlebag. So it was installed anyway, and when I pulled the second one out, the clamps were already (incorrectly) installed and loosened. Not only on the bag, but the holes show they were clearly attached to the bike. The outside of the bag is scratched into a sling next to the staples. I start searching and quickly realize that I got someone's refund after a horribly failed attempt at climbing. They were good enough to include a sentinel bell as a gift for the original buyer. Because I found a velvet pouch at the bottom of the box. Along with some chip crumbs and the original packaging which would prevent BOTH bags from getting scratched in the box. Needless to say, after hooking up the turn signals, I dug into the subject pretty deeply. But I have taken note of the seller and will not buy from them again. I paid for a new one. Not the return of any loser who was in worse condition than "used" 🤬
