The price is the best and the picture turned out beautiful! I sent a photo taken in the forest. They took the time to remove things that made the photo look cluttered, there was still detail in our hair, and they corrected our faces so we didn't look like the gremlins after they were engraved (I have a lot of dimples, and mine wrinkled his nose/he narrowed his eyes), but we're still very similar. They captured my favorite aspects of the photo and cropped out anything that might spoil it. I was very worried about the purchase but I am very happy with the result!
