They help me a lot with my varicose veins! I am a 37 year old pregnant housewife and I was in dire need of a reliable cure for inflamed veins in my right leg. I also take supplements, but nothing works like a stocking. I don't always find the time to put my feet up or go for a brisk walk, so this was my answer for a simple and reliable daily solution. I ordered a medium size and they are quite snug (I'm 5ft 8" and slim). Difficult to put on and take off, especially at first, but that's how you want them to be.
