I'm a student and I'm always on the go, so I liked the black color of this glass because it's legal. I also liked the look of the product. It keeps my tea/coffee hot/cold for a long time so five stars. I also liked how I could switch between tea and coffee, with a quick rinse in between, and not mixing flavors (jasmine green tea and mocha)! However, I only gave it four stars because 1) the second strainer wouldn't stick without the tea strainer on top to secure it, and 2) the bottom of my glass started falling apart after just a week of use. Aside from external chipping/chips, the glass functions as intended and keeps contents extremely hot/cold for extended periods of time. :)
