Great quality and fits my 18 meter age (2ft 8.5in tall and 25lbs), it fits 2T/3T size perfectly. I really liked the quality. It wasn't cheap, it was thick and had an amazing lining. I will say that because of the TuTu design with all those little stars, be sure to wash in a mesh laundry bag on a cold gentle/hand wash cycle and hang dry or just line dry with no heat. We loved it, will definitely buy from them again, our daughter loves wearing it, she has sensitive skin, that says a lot.
