all pre-drilled/cut holes match. Odds are slim if you replace your OEM ladders with this device. I had to enlarge the holes in my RV's mounting cage so I could mount my screws. Then the two back plates on this device only had one hole each. They didn't line up with the holes in the cage. I used self tapping screws and it worked fine. The lowest step on this unit feels very flimsy and I weigh 155 pounds. I would never trust its £300 rating. To be fair, the OEM unit felt weak even on the bottom rung. In general, a normal block. Looks good, opens and closes smoothly. Just prepare a drill, bits and a set of sockets for installation. Recommended.
