I really like how easy it was to set up everything, even if you don't have any experience with this type of program! The customer service has been superb - they truly are our partners in growth! We've had some challenges getting employees onboarded into their new roles but we're working towards those issues every day. They seem very invested in helping us grow; which makes me feel good about what's going down here at Hire Concepts! None so far! If there were something I would change it'd be more flexibility when adding or editing employee information- especially during busy times such as holidays/weeks off! This helps keep track of all staff members while also making sure everyone knows who does where within your organization. Tracking payroll & benefits management has become much easier since using Hire Conceptsthis year! Also, being able to see reports from anywhere via my phone / computer has helped streamline things greatly too.
