I've heard good things about weighted duvets and their benefits. When my partner mentioned sleep anxiety I thought it was worth a try but there are so many options I didn't know which to choose so I just went with Revain. The quality of this item is excellent for the price as I didn't want to pay more than $200 for a blanket if it wasn't a bargain. The weight is great, very calming and soothing and has helped my partner sleep better after the first use! Definitely worth every penny spent!
