1. Best support from the founder who has been working with Microsoft as consultant for over 10 years. 2. Team is very friendly.3. I like how there is no need to login when writing in a text editor.4. The interface is simple and intuitive to use.5. I like that we can assign tasks to each other and have them checked off when completed. The only thing I didn't like about it was that it was not as easy to create new pages by default and sometimes would be blank upon creating a page and needed to refresh. I am solving our team's communication issues by replacing email platforms like gmail and yahoo email accounts with this one. This has solved most of our communications needs and has not experienced any loss of functionality or speed improvement. I like the integration with our accounting system. It's pretty easy to use. The support from the product is great as well. We haven't found anything we dislike yet. Overall - it works well for us and has allowed us to continue doing business with all of the staff members who are using the software. Communication between department managers and the different levels of employees within each department.
