NOT what you expect, not worth the price!

I am so disappointed in this comforter. To be honest I made a terrible mistake buying this. I like the design very much! Also, I love how light it is, I sleep very comfortably all night, it doesn't get too hot or too cold. Besides that. Here it is! good qualities no longer exist. I have a 14 inch mattress and the duvet is too short for it from head to toe. That was the first disappointment. However, I admit that it was my fault. I should have been more careful with the sizes. The fabric is not as soft as expected, too coarse for my taste. What really made me regret this purchase was the way it was wrinkled after washing. (Which I had to do where there were little threads all over the blanket). I ironed the overlays and it took forever, the fabric was difficult to straighten. I tried using the steam cleaner on a duvet and it didn't budge. I started using an iron but gave up, it was too much work. At this point I was so frustrated with this blanket. For the price I expected a lot more. I usually buy large comforters from Bare Homes and the quality is excellent! 100 times better than this one. I needed a cool design so I chose it plus good reviews. This blanket is not worth the money, a big waste! To be honest if I had to give a price I'd say it's around $30. To be honest it reminds me of cheap Walmart blankets.

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • Expensive insurance
