I have had nose piercings for over 20 years. I've spent so much money over the years buying these little studs only to find the studs fall out (a small crystal attached to the stud). I've been disappointed so many times because the bar was too big and clunky and weird, or it just wouldn't stay in my nose. I've had this huge box of nose rings for literally months and only used two. I didn't have to change the first one, but I felt like it was a different color. I would definitely recommend them and am grateful they have been such a good investment for me.
