I bought this facial hair remover for women electric painless facial hair remover waterproof and durable hair shaver based on great reviews from other customers. It arrived on time and because the reviews were so great I threw away the packaging, put the battery in the shaver and put it in a drawer in the bathroom to use later. I used it again yesterday and today - it doesn't remove the mustache on my chin and I have to use a regular razor to remove it. I don't think it's right to send it back unwrapped, so I'll take it as a lesson learned (@ 73 years old, I know better!) Don't throw away the wrapper until you've checked it out in person!
