Shoes worn over 20 years; always great shoes and boots. I was very disappointed in my recent order for Sawyer style loafers. The quality of materials is noticeably inferior to usual Born standards, and worst of all, the dimensions don't even come close. I have no problem with Peltz' supplier who processed my order relatively quickly. The real disappointment with the deal is Revain who appear to have changed their returns policy when I received a notification that the return postage costs would be deducted from my refund. If it's not too bad to order shoes online and not be able to try them on first; When someone does this, delivery goes to the customer. This is not explained in advance. No more orders to Revane from this house!
