I use it because it can sit with support. After she learned to sit on a chair (about 6 months) we started taking her everywhere. He has a tray so works better than a high chair and is very comfortable for studying. I can say that all the materials are well thought out to the smallest detail. The detachable tray is easy to clean and the sides of the armrest can be opened so you can comfortably place the child in the high chair. It fits most chairs we've tried on so far with enough strap length. The downside is that it's heavier compared to the Bumbo chair, but given the materials and strength, I'm not complaining. We use the car more than the stroller when we go out so that's not a problem and it fits nicely in the bag that came with the chair. Our baby is 7 months old and already outgrowing the bamboo chair but I think she can use this chair for years. Street Highly recommended.
