These are great little shoes for my 16 month old. They are so adorable, well constructed, strong but soft and light fabric, nice rubber sole, are very easy to put on and take off thanks to the adjustable velcro strap and wide opening, and stay in place. The design is great because they sit low on the ankle for freedom of movement. I tried the tall boots that everyone recommends for toddlers and my daughter couldn't move very well. Put this on and she will immediately feel at ease and run. I have now bought 5 pairs and will be buying more when she grows up. They are also inexpensive and wash well. Definitely worth a try if you are looking for good shoes.
