Bought for sure footing (and warm feet!) over laminate, wood and tile floors in a mountain home (read: floors are cold all year round) Wow. I'm surprised! They are very well made and look good. The supportive band at the top of the foot feels great without restricting or binding. Silicone foot pads provide a secure, non-slip grip. For me, the real test was a run through the laundry. I was expecting regular socks to shrink to toddler size, but no, they came out of the dryer the same size they came in, hooray! No shrinkage, no fraying, no fading. Completely satisfied with these little grippy socks. Clear 5 star recommendation. Much better quality than expected.
